The Diamond2Deal Drop Ship program will allow you to sell our Jewelry products on your website without the hassle of keeping Inventory. Customer will place an order directly on your website, we will fulfill the order and will ship it directly to the customer. The main advantage of this is that you will earn without keeping any inventory at your end.
Here's the detail of how it works:
- After approving the Drop Ship Agreement, we will give you permission to sell our Jewelry on your website.
- Upload Jewelry images and descriptions on your website.
- Your customers will shop on your website and purchase Jewelry directly from you.
- You will send us your Customers’ Orders as you receive them.
- We will then ship your Customers’ Order directly to them.
- You have to Pre-pay using Pay-Pal only, before we can start processing the order. Once we receive payment; we will immediately send to production.
- Diamond2Deal is not responsible for Drop Ship customer service issues. You are responsible for resolving any and all issues that may arise from the transaction.
- You will be charged shipping for each order. You are responsible for collecting shipping and insurance costs from your customers
- Shipping is done via FedEx and UPS only for N. American customers. Shipping & Handling is $15.00 for USA. For Canada the cost of Shipping & Handling is $ 28.00.
- Delivery in 3-5 business days for USA, Canada 7 business days. Customers will receive tracking numbers once the order is shipped.
- Amazon Sellers can send their shipping labels to diamond2dealny@outlook.com.
- A 30-day return is applied to every order. We will give a full Refund on purchase price less the cost of Shipping. 30-days count starts after the client receives the package.
- For Amazon and Walmart customers, product purchase during the month November and December, the return policy extends to January 31st of next year.
- Comprehensive daily data feed files formatted specifically for upload on eBay, Amazon, Wal-Mart, Bonanza, Shopify, as well as generic data file for other platforms.
